In this talk Elina Brown, Content Director at Headspace, explore the connection between mindfulness and creativity and how leveraging a mindful approach can support the creation of impactful and inclusive content experiences that meet people where they are. We’ll also discuss the evolution of Headspace content and the role of science, data and art in developing content through the lens of mindfulness.

​About Our Speaker
Elina is the Content Director at Headspace, a global leader in mindfulness and meditation. She leads content strategy and development across the app’s core content initiatives, overseeing creative and original content development. Elina works closely with cross-functional groups to maximize growth and engagement across verticals, and supports the strategic cadence for programming using quantitative data and qualitative considerations.

​During her time at Headspace, Elina launched the app’s “Focus” music initiative, with partners such as John Legend, Hans Zimmer, St. Vincent and Erykah Badu. She helped launch “Move” mode within the core product, a mind and body fitness experience. And also led content strategy and creation for partnerships within the app, such as Disney’s Star Wars, The National Parks Foundation and various wellness and mental health organizations.
