Bluecadet is seeking an Experiential Development Apprentice—an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team at a leading experience design agency.
This six-month, paid, NYC or remote-based apprenticeship, beginning in Summer 2025, is ideal for recent graduates ready to enter the world of creative technology and user experience design in an agency setting.
As a Bluecadet apprentice, you’ll work alongside a close-knit team of strategists, producers, and creatives, supporting development efforts that span mission-driven organizations such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Nike, MoMA, the MIT Museum, and Princeton.
You’ll be mentored by seasoned professionals and contribute meaningfully to the studio's growth. You'll learn the process that agencies take as they bring transformative digital and physical experiences to life.
