Job Description:

Position Overview: Join the Autodesk Events and Experiences team as a Production Coordinator for the Autodesk Gallery. Working from the gallery in San Francisco, you will support the production work across exhibits and exhibit program with global impact. This highly visible role requires exceptional communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. Our team values initiative, accountability, tactfulness, and proactive problem-solving to ensure optimal customer and strategic stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production, installation and maintenance of various Gallery exhibits including offsite locations.

  • Manage production workstreams that support immersive experiences with creative and technical elements.

  • Manage production schedules, databases, budgets, including shipping logistics, legal permissions, and graphic production.

  • Track and contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of the exhibit program, including tracking and reporting metrics.

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support exhibit program and prepare, edit, and distribute clear and consistent content and presentations.

  • Manage website content and marketing elements.

  • Participate in tour ambassador program and assist with Gallery events team as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has curiosity, passion, and enthusiasm for storytelling and learning how things are designed and made.

  • Engages professionally and easily with diverse stakeholders, including executives, colleagues, and customers.

  • Graphic and technical skills for mocking up exhibits and concepts.

  • Handles day-to-day tasks and proactively solves problems with a focus on high-quality results. Has experience in project management and collaboration technology.

  • Has a mindset that understands both creative and technical elements of a production.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with an adaptable approach to work. BA/BS or equivalent professional experience.

  • Familiarity with collaboration technology (i.e., Microsoft Office, Teams, Slack, and Zoom).
