Job Description:

Job Description:

As a Project Manager in our Immersive Experiences team, you’ll play a pivotal role in how we realise and deliver these unique global experiences

You’ll take the project reins across design and production phases, ensuring our projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with both our creative vision and client expectations.

  • Orchestrate detailed project execution plans, programmes, budgets, and KPIs in collaboration with our visionary creative directors and producers

  • Ensure seamless integration of design, technical, and production processes while tracking and managing financials and project outcomes

  • Identify and tackle risks before they become roadblocks

  • Keep key stakeholders and senior management in the loop with regular updates on progress, budget, and milestones

Find out more about the ins and outs of the role in our job description here.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

  • Proven expertise managing design-driven, technically complex projects on the global stage – ideally in creative industries like immersive experiences, themed entertainment, museum installations, theatre/large-scale live shows etc

  • A strong grasp of budget control, project programming, and stakeholder reporting in a fast-paced environment

  • A natural ability to shepherd diverse, multidisciplinary teams (ideally in multiple locations) and juggle a number of workstreams

  • Clear, confident communication — whether you’re syncing up with creatives or reporting back to clients

  • Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
